Judges & Teachers

I felt impressed to pray concerning judges and teachers. We are in the midst of the Supreme Court nomination for Judge Brett Kavanaugh right now. There is a fight going on over this position.

1 Kings 3:16-28
Two women brought their babies to King Solomon. Both had babies, three days apart. They lived in the same home. One woman laid on her baby while sleeping and he died. She swapped babies during the night and tried to claim the living baby was hers. They came before the king and he said to cut the baby in half and give both of the women half of the baby. The real mom said no, to let the other woman have him so he can live. By that the king knew she was the real mom and gave the baby to her.

I felt the Lord say through this that we need judges who don't just do what appears to be fair, but what is right. There are some crying out for what is fair, but not necessarily what is right. Fairness sometimes sounds good, but isn't always the right thing. In this case, one woman shouldn't have to have her baby killed just because the other one died, as horrible as that was.

We need judges who are fair according to God's standard of what is right, not man's standard. We want judges who don't judge according to man's opinion of fairness, but God's standard of righteousness.

"Father God we pray, in the Name of Jesus Christ, for truth, righteousness, and justice to prevail over man's idea of fairness. That we have judges from the Supreme Court on down to the local level who will stand for what is right, not just what is fair according to the cry of man. Those who are not judging by emotion, but judging according to truth and righteousness. Let them have the wisdom of Solomon. Place people into judgeship positions that will judge according to Your standards, all the way from the Supreme Court on down to local positions. Begin to remove those judges who listen to man, and follow after man, and replace them with those who judge according to Your standard of truth and righteousness. Remove and replace. Remove and replace. Begin at the federal level, and all the way down to the state, districts, county, and local levels. Remove and replace judges. Place Your judges in place who stand with integrity, truth, righteousness, and the wisdom of Solomon. Raise up these judges. Strategically place them in positions of influence that will impact our society for You and Your standard of righteousness."

In our education system there has been so many layers of government placed over our children in schools that the rights of the parents are being interfered with. What started as a teacher assisting parents in education has turned into the creation of principals, superintendents, local district boards, state boards of education, and a federal department of education. Layers of government over our children. Parents are the ones responsible for educating children, not the government.

Proverbs 1:8 says for children to hear their father's instruction and not to forsake their mother's teaching. Instruction and teaching are meant to come from the home--from the parents. That is God's standard. In Genesis 18:19 the Lord said He had chosen Abraham, and that he was to command his children after him, so that God's purpose would be fulfilled in him. God chose Abraham for a purpose and it was a family call. He needed Abraham to teach, instruct, and guide his family in the ways he, and they, had been called.

We are to teach our children the ways of the Lord, but also the ways of the family call and their specific place in that. Of course, some may appear to leave the "family" call, just as Abram was called to leave his father's house and go to the land the Lord showed him, but there are aspects of the family call each child is to fulfill. Some of it may be generations back. They may appear to be going their own way but they are fulfilling a family call from generations ago. In any case, the parents, and even the child, are the ones who will know this the best, not the government.

The parents are responsible for training the children according to their gift and God's call. Childhood is the time for them to learn this. Proverbs 22:6 says to train up a child in the way he should go... When they are young is when they need to learn the way they are to go. This should come from parental and family influence, not governmental or political ideas.

Layers of government have duped some parents into thinking the government is responsible for training their children. In reality, the government is infringing on the rights and responsibility of the parents. The schools have decided the curriculum and the social ideas they are going to teach the children and don't want the parents to interfere. They hide it from parents or tell them they can't fight it if they question or object. Many parents, especially younger parents, think that the government is the one responsible for their child's education. They think that is the way it is, but that is not true, the  parents are responsible--legally and before God.

"Father God, we pray for the educational system in our country. We ask that You dissolve the layers of government that don't need to be over our children. If we don't need a federal department of education then dissolve it. If it is interfering with Your plans, dissolve it. We pray for Betsy DeVos and those in the department of education, that they line up with Your truth and Your plan for the educational system in our country. Remove and replace those who oppose Your ways. Those who oppose the parent's right to raise their children. Bring in those who are willing to work themselves out of a job if necessary. Not just in the federal level, but state and local levels too. Remove and replace. Remove those opposing traditional family ways, who are in favor of governmental and socialistic agendas. Replace them with those who stand for truth and righteousness. 

Father, forgive us, Your people, the church, for not properly valuing our children as we should have. For going after money, prestige, and comfort, rather than raising and valuing our children. For not realizing the importance of loving and raising our children. Forgive us for neglecting and abandoning them. Our enemies have known the value of children and recognized if they can take them they can take our country, and our freedom. Please forgive us. 

We pray for the upcoming elections--for the judges and educational positions. You are the One who puts one up and takes another down. (Psalm 75:6-7). Promotion comes from You. We need to vote, but do what You do to turn our judicial and educational system around so it reflects the family values You intend. Turn this election to go according to Your ways. Wake up up the parents so they will take back their children and stand against the monster of governmental influence over their kids. 

We pray for homeschool families. We pray for strength, wisdom, resources, and protection. That the laws that try and prohibit us from homeschooling be defeated--for Michigan and all the states. That those that would try and take this right away be shut down. Homeschooling is not a right granted by government, but by God. Let parents realize that they have the right by God, and this country, to school their children as they see fit. It's not a right given by the government and the government can't take this right away, I pray for the homeschool coops that give support to homeschooling families. That they have all of the strength, resources, guidance and direction they need to assist these families.   

We pray for the judges and teachers Lord. Let the tides begin to turn in favor of Your ways in America. Forgive us for the neglect of our children. For allowing this to happen. Empower us now with courage, strength, and resources to stand against those opposing forces that are trying to rob us of our freedom to do what You've called us to. This is about us having the freedom to live according to how You've called us. By Your grace and mercy let the church arise. The remnant. We ask for Your favor and blessing on this country--on the judicial and educational system so they line up with Your ways.

Turn the tide for the young generation. The elementary, middle school, high school, and those entering college. Turn the tide for them. Let them know when they're being lied to and when there are attempts to deceive them. Let them learn to follow their heart, to follow You speaking to their heart, to value and follow Your guidance. Fill them with Your Spirit from a young age. Let the breath of Your Spirit go to the preschoolers and babies, filling them from a young age. Let Your Spirit guide them, protect them, and teach them. Let Your people wake up and see the truth, becoming sick of the lies and the petty accusations, the false accusations. Let them vote for truth and righteousness, and speak of truth and righteousness. Let the patriots of America become patriots of Your kingdom, and let the patriots of Your kingdom be patriots of America so we can fulfill the destiny You've called us to.

Priorities

Therefore, thus says the Lord,

“If you return, then I will restore you—

Before Me you will stand;

And if you extract the precious from the worthless,

You will become My spokesman.

Jeremiah 15:19

"Extracting the precious from the worthless..."

I felt impressed to pray for the church today--both the incorporated churches and the individual members--that they come to a more accurate place of properly prioritizing the things in their ministry and personal lives. That they let go of what is not from the Lord, and pursue those things that are. Extracting the precious from the worthless in the sense of going after the right things, and discerning the difference between what is God and what is not. Even what is valuable and what isn't concerning our time, space and money. May we pursue those things that are in proper priority according to God's plans for our lives.

Father, in the Name of Jesus, we pray for the church in Waterford, the individual and incorporated, so we learn to more accurately prioritize our lives and ministries according to how You desire them to be. That our time, space, and money be prioritized in way that pleases You. That we follow after what You've called us to do. 

Concerning the incorporated churches, that they let go of those things that You have not called them to do. Those ministries that are wrapped up or involved in things that are sucking up their time,space or money, that they let them go. That both the leaders and the people clearly see that those things are not something You have called them to do. So they set it aside and do not pursue it. We pray that they clearly see, and have discernment, so they are not using up their time, space, money, resources, people, energy, strength, or prayers on something You haven't ordained them to do. Let all the churches come into alignment with Your plan and purpose for them in Jesus' Name. Let this happen for the individuals and the churches in Waterford and beyond. Let this new sense of priority and discernment rise up in your people. Let it be sent from heaven with a heavenly breath, a cleansing breath of clarity. Bring clarity to the priorities of the churches, ministries and people of God. Let them clearly see what needs to be let go of, and what needs to be pursued in Jesus' Name Amen.

There was a hurricane that hit the east coast of the U.S. yesterday. The Lord showed me how the eye of the hurricane is surrounded by the chaos of the storm. The chaos is what the enemy wants to use to stop us, and to distract us. The chaos hides his purpose--the center of the storm. He uses the chaos to mess things up so his purpose can continue. The Lord wants us to see clearly so we don't get caught up in the chaos of the storm. The enemy hides behind the clutter and confusion. It steals our time, money, strength etc. keeping us from our purpose. 

We speak peace to the storms in our lives and to the churches. We speak life and peace. Peace be still. Storms, stop and be still so these chaotic clutters of confusion will not keep people from fulfilling their purpose. Peace, peace, peace. Be still in Jesus' Name. Storms, stop and no longer prevail in the lives of God's people in Jesus Name, amen.

Thank you Father for giving us the authority to speak and bring calmness and stillness. Once again, we ask for waves of discernment, proper priorities, and clarity so Your people can clearly see what You've established them to do in Jesus' Name, amen.

Fitly Joined Together

There are those who need the Innkeepers in the body of Christ. Innkeepers are those who will provide a place of healing for those who have been wounded. God's people are living stones that are to be joined together to form the body of Christ (1 Peter 2:5). The anointing of the Holy Spirit is like the mortar that joins us together. Wounds may keep the Holy Spirit mortar from sticking so the wounded cannot properly connect to the body. We need to be properly joined to the body in order to function as God has called us to.

"...but speaking the truth in love, we are to grow up in all aspects into Him who is the head, even Christ, from whom the whole body, being fitted and held together by what every joint supplies, according to the proper working of each individual part, causes the growth of the body for the building up of itself in love." Ephesians 4:15-16

We're fitted and held together from the Lord and by what each joint supplies, according to the proper functioning of each individual part. When each part of the body is connected and functioning properly, the body grows.

The five fold ministry gifts form the structure of the body and helps each part take their place. The joints bring the proper connection and anointing so the parts fit together and can function properly.

Healing needs to occur so those who have been hurt, in sin etc. can be joined properly to the body. Innkeepers help those who are not connected to heal so they can connect to the body properly.

Lord we pray that the people in this region who are not connected, or not connected properly, to Your body, are brought to a place of healing so they can connect. Raise up the innkeepers. Bring the wounded across their path so they can be healed, restored, and take their proper place in the body. Raise up the gifts necessary so the body can properly function, nourish itself, and grow. Make the divine connections and meetings in all the body and churches in this region. 

“If you forgive those who sin against you, your heavenly Father will forgive you. But if you refuse to forgive others, your Father will not forgive your sins. Matthew 6:14-15

People who have been hurt may have resentment against others who have hurt them, whether leaders or others in the church. As they forgive, healing can flow so they can come back into the body to be connected.

Lord, we pray for people to truly forgive from the heart, and walk in forgiveness, so true healing can take place and connections to the body can be made. Unforgiveness keeps the Holy Spirit mortar from bonding each other together. It keeps the living stones from being bonded together.

Some people might think they are properly connected to the body, but are just in a rut or habit of hanging out with a certain church or people group. Lord, speak to those who think they are properly connected but are not, stir them up in their heart so they have the insight and courage to move to where You want them.

"But as it is, God has placed and arranged the limbs and organs in the body, each [particular one] of them, just as He wished and saw fit and with the best adaptation."1 Corinthians 12:18 Amplified Bible

The Lord places people in the body where He wants. People may feel comfortable in the flesh in a certain place, but where does the Lord want them? Let the man-made connections dissolve, but the Holy Spirit connections be strengthened. Let the unholy and man-made alliances fall away, but the Holy Spirit connections be established. Any deceptions that are causing people to be improperly connected, be dissolved. Lord, bring illumination so people know where they are to be connected to fulfill their part in the body.

Let the ministry gits that form the structure of the body arise into position. Raise up these gifts so people fully function in their ministry gifts. Even the ones outside "the church." The apostles, prophets, pastors etc.in business, education, media and so on. Raise up Your leaders in the people groups outside the "church" so that they function in their gift in all of the places You have ordained for them to be.

There may be those who have been hurt by leaders. They know their place is to stay and support them, but they've been wounded and resentment or unforgiveness may try and creep in. Lord, speak to the hearts of the leaders who have knowingly or unknowingly wounded those under their care. If they have done or said something wrong, that has causes wounds, show them so they can ask for forgiveness. Give them courage and strength so they can admit their fault and sin, promoting healing in those under their care. 

May forgiveness flow in Your body. Those who have done wrong to ask for it. Those who have been wronged to forgive others whether or not they ask for it. As we speak the truth in love we will grow up into a strong, healthy body. Where love is, forgiveness will continually flow. People won't offend or get offended.

The Holy Spirit mortar connection will bond believers together as the people communicate and have experiences together. If you just sit in a church and listen to the pastor, but have no conversation or experience with him or others in the church, then you won't develop a relationship with them. Conversation and experience build relationships and strengthen the mortar. Connections have not been strong because of a lack of these two.

Lord, we pray that conversations and experiences occur among those You've called to join together throughout this region. 

There was a vision of believers joining hands, and as they did the Holy Spirit swirled around and wrapped olives leaves around their hands, forming a covenant of peace.

 It's about more than a physical presence together, but a united heart. Peace, shalom, and wholeness. As individuals experience this wholeness it will make for a stronger body corporately as they connect with others. The strong will help the weak. One weak link weakens the whole chain, but the stronger each link is, the stronger the whole chain.

Sever the divisive groups and cliques--the strife and envy between groups within the body. Dissolve the arrogance, jealousy and competitiveness. 

The whole body suffers when one part suffers. The whole body needs to support those who are weaker or suffering. We need to dissolve the divisive cliques that cut others off.

People may be grouped and fitted by their function in the body, but that doesn't mean there are "elite" groups. One is not better than others. Everyone has their proper place. We pray Your people are open to recognize who You have called into various positions, and not reject those who don't look like they "fit in." Lord, release discernment and humility so Your people receive from whoever You bring along.

We're here for the Lord. He's the Head, it's not about magnifying our part in the body, but Him.

"...being diligent to preserve the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace." Ephesians 4:3

We must be diligent to preserve the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace.

Lord, we pray that You bring Your body together, that we are all diligent to preserve the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace. That Your people work together, and quit fighting and arguing. That the world sees we are Your disciples by the love we have for each other, so we can walk, grow, and become the body as You've called us.

We pray for all of Your people as individuals to be connected to a body of believers. And that each body is connected to other bodies in such a way that there is not striving between them. That churches are not jealous or striving with other churches.

We want to fulfill our function, not looking at others to follow, or striving to be like them, or thinking they should be like us, but to recognize our place and that God has called each one of us to do our part.

We take authority over the demonic spirits of division and the unholy religious spirits in this area. We declare that you have no place in our lives, our church, or other churches in this region. We do not allow religious and divisive spirits to destroy the body. The division is no longer in Jesus' name!

We welcome the Holy Spirit to come, just as You brooded over the face of the earth, over the chaos, to restore order and unity in the earth, we ask that You do the same for the body of Christ in this region. Release the heavenly host of heaven to help orchestrate this and bring divine connections leading to the unity of body. We ask for the influence of the Holy Spirit and of heaven so people align with Your will in Jesus' Name.

No More Monument Christianity!

I saw in a vision, people in Waterford looking empty, like empty shells, like they had no blood in them. They were like a statue, not able to move or do anything. Then I saw the Lord begin to fill them with His blood. These were not unbelievers, they were Christians, but they were immobilized because of not being filled with His blood. As the blood filled them, it flowed to their entire body--hands, feet, stomach, lungs, minds etc. I knew then that God wants to fill His people completely, but many have not allowed His blood to flow into every part of their body. I believe this represented His church in Waterford--the body of Christ, not just individual believers.

As His blood flowed into their hands--it affected what they did. When it flowed into their feet--it affected where they went and what happened when they went there. When it flowed into their lungs and heart--then what they spoke was from the Lord. Even their stomach and digestion system was affected by it and the food they ate, who they ate with, their survival, work, and fellowship with each other was affected. God wants every part of His church to be filled with His life-blood. Whether they are participating in work, fun, family etc. He wants to fill every part of His church.

When I saw this, I felt that many of His people have kept Him out of the main flow of their life. He wants to be a part of every area of the lives of His people. Even in recreation--going to a movie, a restaurant, the park etc. He wants to fill every area. He wants His life blood to flow through His people in every area of the community. When His blood flows to His body, the numbness will go away. His people have been numb, because the blood has not been flowing! Let it flow!

As this happens, His church becomes whole people. No longer will His people be empty shells that can't live and move. His people will live, move, and breathe, and will not be just an outward symbol of Christianity. Not an idol or monument. The enemy would settle for statues and would like to turn God's people into a monument, just a historical remembrance of Christianity in Waterford. No longer! God is calling His people to be a living, moving, breathing body that is alive now!

Lord, fill Your people with Your blood. Turn us into living, moving, breathing people for you. We are not monuments. Christianity is not just historically remembered in Waterford. Don't let Your church become a monument, let us be living, breathing places where You are active and Your blood is flowing. The oxygenated breath of Your Spirit is carried throughout. Bring us into a living place where we come alive in this community!

We repent for allowing this to happen. On behalf of Your church in Waterford, we repent for allowing Your church to become a monument. Please forgive us. We ask that it come to an end. That Monument Christianity comes to an end. That we become living, breathing people for You. Release the blood flow into Your people. Flowing and filling us up so we can live and move for You, as You desire. Thank You for Your forgiveness. Any right the enemy has had to freeze and paralyze us be dismissed. That this monument crack and the outer shell removed, so the living, breathing body is free to move. We want the reality of You to flow throughout our hearts and our community. You wouldn't show us this if you didn't want us to be free from this. Release the blood and the breath into Waterford, in Jesus' Name Amen!

Upstream / Downstream

I saw a river flowing through the township that was full of mud. People were going to the river, drinking it, washing themselves in it, washing their clothes, and watering their plants. They were trying to use the river to live but it was bogging everything down because it was so muddy. It was clogging everything up to the point of taking away the joy of living. People were struggling, wanting to live happy lives, but they were bogged down in this mud. Everything was affected by it, yet many people didn't even realize what was happening. They thought this was normal.

I looked upstream and saw that the devil was throwing stuff into the river. As he did, the stuff melted down and turned into the substance that made the river muddy. No one was there to stop him and he was throwing stuff in non-stop, and laughing about it.

I asked the Lord what this meant. In Rev 22:1 we see a river that comes from God. It's a crystal clear river that comes from His throne. It is life-giving, but what I saw was the enemy throwing stuff into this river causing problems downstream so that it was no longer life-giving.

When I first saw this, I wondered if this river represented a timeline. A timeline-river would mean that in the beginning there was a clear river flowing through Waterford but at some point in time the enemy threw stuff in causing it to get bogged down. This would be a generational thing that would have begun many years ago, yet still affecting us today. Then I wondered if this river represented space or distance. A distance-river would mean that those who are far away from the Lord--the source of the river--are affected by this muddy river. For those who are far from the source, the enemy has space to dump things in the river without being noticed. I think the river represents both a timeline and a distance.

Father, in the name of Jesus, reveal the things we need to see from this. If there is anything wherever or whenever that is being, or has been, dumped into the river of life You have brought to this region, expose it and stop it now. Show us where and when this is/has happened. We repent of anything in the past that our ancestors in this region have allowed into this river, or in the present going on now. We ask for Your mercy, so that what has happened doesn't affect us any longer. We ask that this garbage be removed out of this river. We ask that whatever has been dumped into this river, feeding Waterford and Oakland County, that is contrary to You and Your ways be removed. No longer contaminating, bogging down, or affecting this river so the people here and now can draw freely from the river of life and receive the cleansing, refreshing, renewal, and life that You send down this river. We ask that the contamination stop. We take authority over any demonic thing to the degree You've given us authority. We ask for mercy and grace from You to stop this. Send Your angels and host of heaven to clear this up this contamination and for Your river to flow freely and clearly once again throughout Waterford and Oakland County.

God is not bound by time. What has happened in the past can be dealt with now.

God, I pray concerning those who are distant from You. Those living now, especially those who give the appearance that they are close to You. That the deception of this is exposed. Hypocrites are those who honor Him with their lips, but whose heart is far from Him (Matthew 15:8). Anyone who is appearing to be close to You but whose heart is far from You is not flowing with Your river. They are not a source of life. Those who partake of these branches of the river will get bogged down. Jesus said whoever believes in Him, out of his/her belly will flow rivers of living water (John 7). We need faith, and to be faithful, for that river to continue to flow clearly out from us, so we can bring life to others.

I pray that the people who have distanced themselves from You, knowingly or unknowingly, be drawn back to You. Those who are being deceived--open their eyes, let them see the river they've been partaking of, let them see the condition of the river, what has been dumped into their lives that is not of You. Reveal the branches of the river that have been contaminated. Let them move upstream so they can see who is contaminating it, and what the river is like closer to You. 

God help us to set watches along the river to guard so the enemy does not contaminate this river. Show us how to move upstream so close to You that distant generations and those distant from You now can drink from and wash in the river of life. So those who are distance in both time and space can receive of Your life.  

As we move closer upstream and get closer to Him, and set a watch along the river, the distance between Waterford and the Lord will shorten. Shorten the distance between Waterford and the source of life--the source of the river. We pray that those who are far in both time and space, come closer to You. Move us closer to You! Move Waterford and Oakland County closer to You. Pick us up and move us closer to You so both those far away in distance and time will be close to You too--the source of life. Move us in the spirit closer to You.

Lord we pray that believers and unbelievers be drawn closer to You. Move upstream. Move upstream. Move upstream. Grow tired of the muddy bogged down river. Get past the junk and the contamination. When God made the earth the Garden of Eden was beautiful, but the enemy came and contaminated it with his breath. The garden became contaminated. God created Waterford and this area to be a beautiful place. We want to see Your vision for this region. We want to move upstream and draw from the source of life. We set a watch so future generations, and those far from You here and now, so they can receive Your pure, clear water of life.

The enemy is booted out. No more can you contaminate this river! God we stand in faith and faithfulness to You. Send Your host of heaven to clean the river up, and help us stand guard to stop junk from being thrown into Your river. One drop of the blood of Jesus in this river cleanses it, one drop in our heart, purifies the river that flows out from us, cancelling out everything the enemy tries to do. The pure, clear river of the Spirit of God flowing out of our bellies.

I see a flood of pure, clear, water flowing down M-59. It looks like a rapid river, like a dam let loose. It's a gush of pure and clean water flowing down M-59. We receive it Lord! We receive Your life-flow, Your river of life!

Whether you live in Waterford, or Oakland County, or not, pray this for your community. Ask the Lord to show you about this river in your community.

Fit for the Kingdom

"But Jesus said to him, “No one, after putting his hand to the plow and looking back, is fit for the kingdom of God.” Luke 9:62

If someone starts working in the Lord's field and their desire and longing is elsewhere--outside of His kingdom--then they are not fit for the kingdom. There are tools and weapons He wants to entrust us with, but He can't if we're not "all in" for Him. The tools He gives us will be used to build whatever our desires are. So if we desire the world while plowing in His field, we will be using His tools to build a worldly kingdom!

Father God, we pray for the people of Waterford who are called to plow the field in this region. We ask that as they put their hand to the plow that they are all in for You, that they break the ties with the world--that longing and desire for other things apart from You and Your kingdom--so You can fully entrust them with the tools and weapons that You want them to have so they can build Your kingdom properly. We pray for all of the believers who live and work here, that You lead them on this path, that their eyes are focused on You, and their heart no longer longs the world or things of the past. We pray this for ourselves personally as well.

If our eyes are not on the field, we may not be plowing a straight path, we may miss some ground that we need to cover. 

Therefore, since we are surrounded by so great a cloud of witnesses [who by faith have testified to the truth of God’s absolute faithfulness], stripping off every unnecessary weight and the sin which so easily and cleverly entangles us, let us run with endurance and active persistence the race that is set before us, [looking away from all that will distract us and] focusing our eyes on Jesus, who is the Author and Perfecter of faith [the first incentive for our belief and the One who brings our faith to maturity], who for the joy [of accomplishing the goal] set before Him endured the cross, disregarding the shame, and sat down at the right hand of the throne of God [revealing His deity, His authority, and the completion of His work]. Hebrews 12:1-2 Amp

If we don't keep our eyes on Jesus we will be distracted. We look to Jesus, just as He looked to the joy beyond the cross. This gave Him strength to endure what He had to. We need to be persistent to stay with what He's called us to. There will be distractions to try and get our eyes off Jesus, but keeping our eyes on Him will keep us from getting distracted. Stay focused on Him. He's in the field, He knows the fields, He sends workers into the field.

Father, we pray that all of Your people in this community keep their eyes fixed on You, that they run with endurance, keep their hand to the plow, keep their vision in focus, so they have direction and don't veer off the path with their plow, but stay on course. Bring Your people to this place, stir their hearts to keep their vision on You, so they can properly work in the field. Alert them so they are aware of the enemy's tricks, so they have discernment and alertness so they are aware of the distractions.

There is debris in the field, and the Lord is picking up branches and throwing them in a pile. 

Lord we pray for workers to be in the field at the right time so none are lost. 

The fields need to be cleared of the branches, stones--stumbling stones--and all distractions so everyone can follow Him properly. These are the stones that would keep the hearts of the people from being flexible to the Lord. Lord, make our heart-soil pliable. Do the work in our heart as we plow the field. Make us like You Jesus. When we see You we'll be like You. 

The enemy would try and dig pits--holes--to trap people as well. 

Level the fields Lord, bring down the high places and fill in the low so everyone's steps are on firm ground. We tear down pride so Your work can continue. Sift the soil so all of the impurities are removed. The bugs, the seeds of the enemy, the destroying worms. Rebuke the devourer--those things that would destroy the fruit of the ground. Tenderize the soil. Remove the impurities in the soil so what is growing is exactly what You want. We give no place for the seeds of enemy, or all that would devour, in Jesus' name.

Let the hidden worms, the religious spirits, that appear to be "good" but are actually destroying be exposed. We give the enemy no place in the church in Waterford. We plead the blood of Jesus over the soil in Waterford, so the soil is pure. 

Filter out these worms Lord, the religious spirits. 

There are those who are plowing but not seeing results. There are those who are looking around, looking back, thinking that they are doing the work of the Lord. Their heart is not in the work they are doing, they have no relationship with the Lord, no joy in Him and His work. 

Awaken the saints to a higher degree! Lord, wake up Your church so the sleep is out of our eyes, the scales are removed, our hearts are pure and ears hear! Awaken and remove the sleep!

Jesus is the vine, The Father is the Farmer. It's all about You Jesus. You are our treasure, not other things. We are fully committed, sold out to You. We pray that all of Your people be completely surrendered and sold out to you. Help us do what we need to do to help others come to this place.

Put your roots down deeper. Some roots have stopped at a shallow vein. Some have been deceived by the enemy into a mirage, thinking its a vein of the river of God when its not. This false river, false religion has no life. 

Bring our roots to the right river, to the right place, so we draw from Your river and Your life. Bring us all to this place, this well of life. Open our eyes, so more light comes in. Expose the darkness. Bring us into unity. Break the silent divisions. Tear down the white walls in the field that cause deep divisions. We tear them down in Jesus name and break the divisions! 

Bring the true unity Lord, more personal, daily, relationships within Your church. 

We ask for mercy from scorching winds and heat. Lord, as You remove the shelter that has allowed people to continue in a religious spirit, bring them to a place where they turn to You and put their roots down to the true river. Expose and remove the things that have allowed the religious spirit to continue unnoticed. Those who have trusted in this false protection and those who have led others into it and brought them onto a path of death instead of life. Whatever is allowing this religious spirit to continue, remove and bring Your people to Your true source of life!  This false religion is going from Waterford!

We want to be fit for Your kingdom, and Your church to be fit for Your kingdom. 

After Facing the Wall

When is prophecy changeable and when is it not? It was changeable for the people of Nineveh who repented after Jonah warned them. It was also changeable for Hezekiah. In Isaiah 38 we read about when Isaiah gave Hezekiah a word that he would die. Hezekiah turned his face to the wall and asked the Lord for mercy. The Lord answered and gave him 15 more years. In some cases, words of destruction can be changed as a result of the people's response.

After Hezekiah was healed, the son of the king of Babylon came and visited Hezekiah and he showed him all the treasurers, the armory, everything he owned. After he left Isaiah asked him who those men were and what he showed them. Hezekiah told him they were from Babylon and he showed them everything. Isaiah then gave him a word that everything in his house, everything passed down from his fathers, even some of his sons, would be taken captive into Babylon. Hezekiah knew the word was right, but thought, at least there will be peace and truth in his days.

The point is, after the Lord does something good for us, gives us a gift, heals us, gives us more time, etc., we need to make sure we don't become foolish with the mercy He's given us. We're not to show off our treasures, our strengths, our weaknesses, but to be humble and seek the Lord with what to do with the gift He's given. We need to pray and be sure that we are taking care of the next generation. We don't want to be content with the fact that all is well with us right now in our lifetime, but the next generation will have to fend for themselves.

Father, we repent for anything we've done, any attitudes we've had that have caused us to not behave wisely, especially concerning the good things You've done for us. We seek You to find out what You want us to do with what You give us, with the miracles You do. We don't want to just think about us and our generation. We think long term. We pray for Waterford, that we are not selfish and do things that harm the next generation. We pray that our leaders do not have that attitude of only caring about us right here and now. That we don't do anything that will bring harm to the next generation. Lord, we pray that those in the church, the schools, and our governmental leaders, think ahead and care for the next generation. That we are not selfish or foolish, but humble, appreciative, and wise in what You've entrusted to us and given to us. We take Your miracles seriously. We think ahead and take all the good things You do for us seriously. Show us, enlighten us, stir us up, and reveal these truths to the church leaders, township leaders, educators, and business people. 

When the king of Babylon finally came and invaded God's people, they carried out all the treasures of the Lord's house and the king's house and cut in pieces the vessels of gold of the house of the Lord. They led all of Jerusalem into exile, the captains, the mighty men, the craftsmen, and smiths. Only the poorest people were left. He took all the wealth, the protection, and the skilled people, leaving only the poorest people behind. We don't want to lose these treasures of Waterford You've entrusted to us!

Father, let the treasures of the land be entrusted to those who have Your wisdom and guidance, those who will seek You, and whose heart will honor You. That the treasures of this land, of Waterford, of this community be entrusted to those who will be wise for generations to come. Raise up the people in leadership positions in government, and educators in the schools. Our children are the greatest treasure we have. Raise up leaders in the educational system who will treasure these children for generations to come and will do what is right in Your eyes. Our children are not something we take for granted or show off. We value them!

The next king after Hezekiah, Manasseh, was evil.

Lord, we want those in charge of our children, in the schools and in the homes, to be those who will treasure the babies and children. Raise up and entrust Your children to those who see the value in them and will do them right by You and in Your sight. 

We pray for the skilled, the businesses, those bringing wealth and beauty into the community. We ask that You entrust the skills to those who will be wise. Entrust the treasures and the wealth to those who will be wise with them.

Thank You for revealing this so we can pray, and so Your will will be done in Waterford in this generation and generations to come. That the beauty, the skill, the children, freedom, and life is retained. We want to live in accordance with Your will. Let the church rise up and seek You, not for the purpose of showing off, but sincerely seeking you. Let the church have humility before You. Treasuring that which You treasure. Not showing off, not being foolish, but being wise with what You entrust to us. We pray for all of the church leaders, and all of Your people, that You instill in them a wisdom and value for that which You have given. That we don't flaunt it, but we're wise. We bring it all into alignment with Your will, plan, and purpose.

Thank You for revealing these things so we have direction in our prayers. We speak over the community, leaders, educators, and businesses, to heed the word of the Lord, seek Him concerning what He's given you, seek for insight and wisdom, seek the Lord, turn your face to the wall and receive your miracle, then seek Him for the wisdom and insight to know what to do with the miracle He gives you. Treat it wisely and don't be foolish. Lord, forgive us for being foolish. We want Your wisdom and Your heart so we don't take these things for granted. We release this truth to the community now.
