Command the Foreword Decree

 For background on this decree please visit Dutch Sheet's Give Him 15/Paint Your State link here.

Decree for the
United States of America and Michigan
“Command the Foreword”

We celebrate the revivals God has begun in the United States and all of the good things He is doing.  However we will work while we celebrate. We command the foreword—the foreword of God—over the United States and over Michigan. We command the foreword—that which was written even before this land became a nation. And in doing so we, the ekklesia of God, bring this nation back into alignment with the purpose for which it was established—God’s intended purposes. We know and decree His purposes and will not back down from them. We agree with Him.

Our decrees are causing a shaking that is bringing the United States, and Michigan, into alignment with God’s original foreword for this nation. Yet in spite of this shaking America has been anchored and surrounded by God’s angels, and we in Michigan establish an anchor and connect to the anchor which God has set in place. We establish a prayer grid in Michigan—inter-connected prayer groups to quickly respond to what the Lord says and assigns.

Lord, we ask You for the baptism of fire to fall now. We carry the oil of the Holy Spirit and paint the perimeters of our state. We do so in obedience to You and therefore secure our borders.

Lord, we also set a bloodline and set the fire of God as the northern border of Michigan and the United States. You are a wall of fire (Zechariah 2:5). Any destruction that would try and come from the north is blocked in Jesus’ name.

God has established our boundaries in the north, south, east, and west, above and below our land and no man can change it (Acts 17:26). We declare God’s protection, liberty, glory and His lordship over all of our land, inhabitants, borders, waters, air, and soil. We declare His protection, glory and lordship over our food, our finances, our children, schools, churches, businesses; over our governments and elections in all of our cities, townships, villages, counties and every region. We declare His protection over our military sites, our utilities, our infrastructure—our roads, highways, bridges and so on.

We declare the salvation of God, the sound of His glory, to rise from Michigan. We declare that we are pure Michigan. The land and people of Michigan are pure. The people see God (Matthew 5:8), hear His voice and respond. Jesus Christ is Lord over Michigan and the United States of America.

So now we command the foreword spoken by Robert Hunt at Cape Henry on April 29, 1607:

‘We do hereby dedicate this Land and ourselves to reach the people within these shores with the Gospel of Jesus Christ and to raise up Godly generations after us, and with these generations, take the Kingdom of God to all the earth. May this covenant of dedication remain to all generations as long as the earth remains, and may this land, along with England, be Evangelist to the world. May all who see this cross remember what we have done here, and may those, who come here to inhabit, join us in this covenant and in this most noble work that the Holy Scriptures may be fulfilled. From these very shores, the Gospel shall go forth, not only to this New World, but the entire world.’

In agreement with his decree we declare that we reach the people of the United States with the Gospel of Jesus Christ. We are raising up godly generations and with these generations we bring the Kingdom of God to the world. This remains in effect as long as the earth remains. And those who come through our borders—whatever their intention—will align with God’s intention for this nation and join in this covenant and this most noble work to fulfill the Scriptures.

We also decree this Scripture that was read after his decree:

‘All the ends of the world shall remember and turn to the Lord, and all the kindreds of the nations shall worship before Thee. For the Kingdom is the Lord’s, and He ruleth among the nations.’ (Psalm 22:27-28).

The United States and Michigan belong to the Lord and He rules over us.

We also command the foreword inscribed on the Liberty Bell:

"Proclaim liberty throughout all the land unto all inhabitants thereof." (Leviticus 25:10).

We do proclaim liberty throughout the United States and Michigan and to all the people within. There shall be no form of slavery or human trafficking in any form.

We command the foreword written and signed by the settlers aboard the Mayflower who landed in what is now the United States of America in November of 1620, who said their voyage was done:

“for the Glory of God, and Advancement of the Christian Faith, and the Honour of our King and Country,”

The purpose of their settlement here—the purpose of our founding as a nation—is to advance the Christian faith and honor our King Jesus.

We command the foreword spoken in the Declaration of Independence of the United States of America:

  • That the laws of nature’s God—our God—entitles us to certain powers of the earth.
  • That all men are created equal and are endowed by their Creator with certain inalienable rights, including life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.
  • That our founding fathers appealed to the Supreme Judge of the world and so do we.
  • ·That our founding fathers declared a firm reliance on the protection of divine Providence and so do we.

We command the foreword of what was spoken by John Winthrop on March 21, 1630 that “America is a city on a hill,” which is a quote from Jesus’ Sermon on the Mount (Matthew 5:14).

We also declare the following Scriptures for America and Michigan:

Let the name of God be blessed forever and ever,
For wisdom and power belong to Him.
21 “It is He who changes the times and the epochs
(fixed periods of time);
He removes kings and establishes kings;
He gives wisdom to wise men
And knowledge to men of understanding.
22 “It is He who reveals the profound and hidden things;
He knows what is in the darkness,
And the light dwells with Him.
(Daniel 2:20-22)

We declare God shall remove kings or any governmental leader or influential persons who oppose His will and purposes for America and Michigan, and He is establishing leaders and influencers who will fulfill His purposes.

For His dominion is an everlasting dominion,
And His kingdom endures from generation to generation.
35 “All the inhabitants of the earth are accounted as nothing,
But He does according to His will in the host of heaven
And among the inhabitants of earth;
And no one can ward off His hand
Or say to Him, ‘What have You done?’
(Daniel 4:34-35)

No one can challenge God or stop Him from doing His will in America or Michigan as we the ekklesia—His church—agree with Him and His plans, and declare them in faith.

24 The God who made the world and all things in it, since He is Lord of heaven and earth, does not dwell in temples made with hands; 25 nor is He served by human hands, as though He needed anything, since He Himself gives to all people life and breath and all things; 26 and He made from one man every nation of mankind to live on all the face of the earth, having determined their appointed times and the boundaries of their habitation, 27 that they would seek God, if perhaps they might grope for Him and find Him, though He is not far from each one of us;
(Acts 17:24-27)
God gives life and breath to all people and things. He determines mankind’s appointed times and the boundaries of their habitation that we would seek Him.

We pray as Asa, king of Judah:

 “Lord, there is no one besides You to help in the battle between the powerful and those who have no strength; so help us, O Lord our God, for we trust in You, and in Your name have come against this multitude. O Lord, You are our God; let not man prevail against You.”
(2 Chronicles 14:11)

We declare that the multitude of wicked people—or any harmful thing brought against us—will not prevail against God, His people, or the innocent and helpless.

We pray as Jehoshaphat:

 “O Lord, the God of our fathers, are You not God in the heavens? And are You not ruler over all the kingdoms of the nations? Power and might are in Your hand so that no one can stand against You.
(2 Chronicles 20:6)

We declare that God is the ruler over all kingdoms and nations. Power and might are in His hand and no one can stand against Him.

As the Psalmist says:

Let all the earth fear the Lord;
Let all the inhabitants of the world stand in awe of Him.
For He spoke, and it was done;
He commanded, and it stood fast.
10 The Lord nullifies the counsel of the nations;
He frustrates the plans of the peoples.
11 The counsel of the Lord stands forever,
The plans of His heart from generation to generation.
12 Blessed is the nation whose God is the Lord,
The people whom He has chosen for His own inheritance.
(Psalm 33:8-12)

The Lord is nullifying the wicked counsel of the nations and all counsel—global or otherwise—which opposes Him. The trends of society which are contrary to Him and His ways are being brought to nothing and have no effect over the people in America, Michigan, or my family.

We declare the Word of God that:

the scepter of wickedness shall not rest upon the land of the righteous…
(Psalm 125:3)

We take heed to the Scripture:

10 When you have eaten and are satisfied, you shall bless the Lord your God for the good land which He has given you.
(Deuteronomy 8:10)

We do bless You Lord, and thank You for the good land You have given us.

We take heed to the Scripture:

18 But you shall remember the Lord your God, for it is He who is giving you power to make wealth, that He may confirm His covenant which He swore to your fathers, as it is this day.
(Deuteronomy 8:18)

We do remember You Lord—that You are the One who gives us power to make wealth so Your covenant may be established.

We will do all that the Lord commands us regarding the land He has given to us and will leave nothing undone. (Joshua 11:6-10, 21-23).

The preamble of the current Michigan Constitution states that our state constitution was ordained and established because we are grateful to Almighty God for the blessings of freedom and earnestly desire to secure these blessings undiminished to ourselves and our posterity.

We declare today that we are grateful to Almighty God for the blessings of freedom that He has given us and we earnestly desire to secure these blessings undiminished for ourselves and our children, and the future of Michigan.

We command the foreword of the original Michigan constitution of 1835 that states:'

  • Every person has the right to worship Almighty God according to the dictates of his own conscience, and no person can be forced to do so against his will.
  • No civil or religious rights shall be diminished or enlarged based on account of a person’s opinion or beliefs regarding religion.

Give thanks and praise to God!
