Prayer focus for March 9-15, 2013

This week's church prayer is for:

Community of Christ

If we don't open our eyes now we'll be blinded by the light. (Think Sodom and Saul).

Father God, send your rain to soften our hearts.  We purposely yield to You and allow the rain of Your Spirit to soften our hearts.  We yield to You and Your Word.  We open our eyes, we want to see Your Ways and follow them.  Pour out Your Spirit upon all of us--our children included--young and old alike. 

Let the plans of those who would work against Your plans fail, crumble, lose their financial backing.  Let their creativity and ideas dry up.  Let them lose sight and vision.  Let the dust of those plans dry up and blow away, never to rise again.

Let the leaven, levin, be replaced with faith and holiness.  With an uncompromising, pure faith.  Replace governmental and political positions-even judges with those who will yield to You and Your plans.  God bless America!
